Since LDN works (I think) by tampering inflammation do I need to make sure I take it 2-3 hours post exercise? I want to take it earlier in the day - it gives me too much energy if I take it at night - but I don’t want to blunt my exercise response so finding the right time to take it has been tricky . Any guidance appreciated !!!
I think it is recommended to be taken at bedtime for best absorption. I’ve been taking LDN at night for 2 years with no problems other than weird dreams at first. But that passed quickly.
I’ve started taking taurine at night and i read that it helps with sleeping. I’ve found that to be true. So maybe add some taurine at night with LDN and you might sleep better.
