Rapamycin and High RBC/HGB/HCT

Does anyone know if Rapamyicn is associated with high RBC/HGB/HCT?

Also as a side note I went to a hematologist for additional testing just as a precaution, and she was very uncomfortable talking about repamycin and also I felt a little judged for taking this protocol. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with specialists doctors that don’t understand rapamycin protocol?

I would also like to see some advice on respectful discussions with dismissive doctors.

Perhaps bring in referred published papers such as

(2) Rapamycin can inhibit mTORC2 and Akt signaling : [Prolonged Rapamycin Treatment Inhibits mTORC2 Assembly and Akt/PKB]

for example… I’m limited to add more than 2 references in this post

I am a physician and I am on the Rapamycin protocol. I wouldn’t be too hard on docs and specialists about their advice, comments with Rapamycin , especially at the dosage used for health span. Rapamycin is after all an anti-rejecrion chemotherapeutic agent and there are really no clinical trials supporting long term safety (and efficacy). We need to remember that we are (educated) guinea pigs in our quest for health and longevity.
