Has anyone experienced increased hair shedding a few days after taking oral Rapamycin? I have recently started this and am concerned, as i already have hairloss issues.
Tammy, I am a 75 yr old male with a full head of hair. I have not experienced any hair loss or shedding. I’ve been taking oral rapamycin weekly for 6 months. No side effects except one mouth sore that went away quickly.

So I had some hair shedding but it wasn’t a few days after - after I first started a couple months later had shedding then it calmed down. This lines up more with the pattern I’m aware of for hair growth cycles.
