My hair growth was one of the first things I noticed. It went from super baby fine and thinning to think and healthy after my first two and a half months.

Yes. I have quite a bit fewer gray hairs. The last time I saw my twin, i was shocked - we had approximately the same amount of gray, but I now have considerably less that she does.
