# Glynac supplements

Does anyone know if Glynac supplements accelerate aging?

I take it but research-based clinical evidence in humans is in the early stages. Animal studies suggest life extension. Based on what little I know and extrapolations, I would suggest cycling as opposed to taking continuously.
